• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget to customer’s satisfaction.
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Attractive salary package: Up to 1700$ (Base Salary + Quarterly Project Bonus + Profit share)
• Package: 14 - 16 months salary per year

• At least 2 years of experience in software project management
• Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, communicate clearly, a consistent track record of Project, and an obsession about the customer experience
• Good English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work up, down and across organizational levels ((Ielts >=7.0)
• A flexible nature, good sense of humor, the ability to establish strong working relationships, and enjoy being part of a team of like-minded individuals
• Detail-orientation, with strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure in a changing environment, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication skills and work ethic
Nice to have:
• PMP or Scrum Master Certification (Preferred)
