Overview of job

• Be responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Development team.
• Manage the Product Backlog.
• Clearly express Product Backlog items.
• Order the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and objectives.
• Ensure that the Development Team understands the items in the Product Backlog to the necessary level.
• Constantly re-prioritize the Product Backlog, adjusting any long-term expectations such as release plans.
• Be responsible for the product vision on behalf of the business, the customer, and the user.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and collaborate with the rest of the team to create the team's definition of done.

• Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
