Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a deep understanding of mobile game development and a keen eye for the business aspects behind casual gaming. You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of game projects while ensuring alignment with Snow Game Studio's vision and objectives. This role is ideal for someone who excels in project management, team leadership, and has a strong understanding of the mobile gaming market.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Project Manager - Snow Studio 2

Project Management:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end development process of casual mobile game projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones, and track progress against them.
• Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, and QA testers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communication, both within Snow Game Studio and with external partners and stakeholders.

Business & Strategic Planning:

• Align game development projects with the studio's business goals, market trends, and monetization strategies, ensuring a seamless integration of business objectives into game design and development.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of monetization models, including in-app purchases, ads, and retention strategies, to maximize revenue potential.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to inform project direction and optimize the game’s positioning in the market.

Quality Assurance:

• Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that all game projects meet Snow Game Studio's high-quality standards and provide exceptional player experiences.
• Lead beta testing, feedback gathering, and bug-fixing efforts to ensure polished and smooth game launches.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and KPIs to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  Analyze post-launch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for game updates or future projects.
