Overview of job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Defining the Product Vision
   You will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall strategy, customer expectations, and market trends.
   You will gather insights from customers and stakeholders to inform the vision and ensure the team is focused on delivering the highest value possible.
2. Managing the Product Backlog
   You will create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, a living document that lists features, improvements, technical tasks, and bug fixes.
   The backlog will reflect the most critical business priorities and ensure that development efforts align with stakeholder needs.
   You will be responsible for writing clear user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring all backlog items are well-defined and ready for execution.
3. Prioritization and Decision-Making
   You will prioritize backlog items based on business value, customer feedback, technical dependencies, and market demands, ensuring the team works on the most impactful tasks first.
   You will balance the needs of stakeholders with the team’s capacity, making informed decisions about trade-offs and scope adjustments.
4. Stakeholder Communication and Alignment
   Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, sales, and marketing teams, to gather feedback and ensure that everyone is aligned on product goals.
   You will work to align expectations and ensure that all parties have a shared understanding of the product vision and progress.
5. Sprint Planning and Collaboration with the Scrum Team
   You will collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and development team during sprint planning sessions, ensuring clear understanding of the upcoming work.
   You will clarify any questions from the team about backlog items and provide context to ensure successful delivery.
   During sprints, you will review completed work, validate that it meets acceptance criteria, and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
6. Release Planning and Strategy
   You will play a key role in planning releases, determining when features will be delivered to customers, and aligning the scope and timing with stakeholders.
   You will ensure that releases are coordinated efficiently, meeting both business objectives and customer expectations.
7. Continuous Improvement and Iteration
   You will continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine and improve the product, adjusting the product roadmap as needed.
   You will work closely with the team to ensure the product evolves in response to user needs, market shifts, and business objectives, fostering a culture of iteration and continuous delivery.
