Responsibilities

• Gather information:
  • Assisting users and stakeholders to requirements and suggest ideas;
  • Synthesizing information, business processes, and system requirements from relevant stakeholders, then categorizing and prioritizing them;
• Solutions building:
  • Participating in feature design and product roadmap development;
  • Defining solutions meeting the needs of stakeholders and business requirements, oriented towards simplification as much as possible;
• Documenting:
  • Proficient in writing some main documents for BA: BRD, SRS, FRS, Stories, Use Case Diagram, Functional Decomposition Diagram, Process Modeling, Wireframe, Prototype;
  • Ensuring that documents and requirements are reliable and useful for the product team and users;
• Collaboration:
  • Good at eliciting skills to gather as much as possible domain-related information and requirements to build exact solutions meeting their needs;
  • Willing to work with every department with the purpose of developing the best product;
  • Supporting product education for users with the Customer Support Team;
• Testing and Evaluation:
  • Implementing basic testing tasks (defining testing scenarios, testing, and verifying any bugs or issues);
  • Evaluating solutions;
