Overview of job

• Participate in daily meetings, report work progress, planned tasks, and any obstacles encountered.
• Contribute ideas during Refinement/Planning sessions, assess task effectiveness, complexity, and risks through Story Points.
• Execute and take ownership of tasks based on capability or team assignment, ensuring code quality (Clean Code, Lint, Conventional Code) and passing all QC test cases.
• Collaborate with Design, Frontend, and QC teams to deliver product features according to requirements.
• Join Retrospectives: highlight strengths to maintain, identify weaknesses to improve.
• Maintain and fix product issues in a timely manner; for Juniors: follow guidance from senior team members, for Middles: proactively propose improvement solutions.
