Overview of job

We are seeking an AI Engineer to lead the benchmarking and production-readiness validation of NVIDIA NIM/Nemo AI models.            

• Benchmark AI Performance Across Platforms
• Evaluate Amazon Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, and NIM/Nemo on-premise for NLP and ASR workloads.
• Develop AI Flywheel for Continuous Model Fine-Tuning
• Implement a feedback-driven model training pipeline to refine NeMo models.
• Automate data ingestion, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Optimize AI Model Performance for Production
• On-Premise AI Infrastructure & Deployment
• Work with DevOps & Backend Engineers to configure and deploy NIM/Nemo in a production-like environment.
• Optimize hardware utilization (GPUs, CPU inference acceleration) for cost-effective deployment.
• Collaborate with Data & Backend Teams
• Work alongside Data Engineers to process and prepare benchmark datasets.
• Support Backend Engineers in integrating AI models into enterprise applications.
• Provide documentation & training on AI model deployment and monitoring.
