Your Mission
Our company operates multiple web services, and a seamless experience powered by common platform services across these web services is essential. Your mission is to build cross-functional Payment platform services that provide a smooth experience to our customers, promote site usage, and enhance the overall value of our business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, and operate high-quality, scalable, and secure application for our platform services.
- Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from implementation to production support and continuous improvement of our core services.
- Mentor and influence other engineers in the HCMC office to help them grow their technical skills and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
- Uphold high standards for code quality and system reliability through code reviews, testing, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers, product managers, and other team members across geography in a constructive and respectful manner.
- Web Application Development Experience: 5+ years of experience developing web applications using multiple languages and frameworks such as Java, Go, PHP, and Ruby on Rails (B2B/B2C)
- Leadership & Management: Experience in leading development roles such as Tech Lead, Engineering Manager or a strong aspiration to grow into a management career.
- Architectural & Technological Decision-Making: Capability to take ownership of design in a team environment, selecting optimal technologies and architectural approaches.
- Quality Assurance: Proven ability to manage and maintain high development standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- System Integration & API Development: Experience designing and developing services using microservices architecture and REST APIs.
- Software Development Process: Strong understanding of general methodologies and best practices related to the development lifecycle.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze requirements and propose holistic technical optimizations.
- CI/CD Expertise: Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools, including GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, Travis CI, and Jenkins.
- Ability to work with others and preference on teamwork.
- Decent communication English skill to work with global members.

To change the world by reinventing legacy industry structures with the power of the internet, it is now operating three sharing platforms in printing, advertising and logistics.
Raksul’s biggest platform, raksul.com, is an online printing e-commerce service released in 2013, and it has over 1 million registered users in Japan. To further accelerate the growth of this service, many projects are in the pipeline, including the launching of brand new printing product categories such as corporate gift, the rebuilding and strengthening of the backend infrastructure, the releasing of new service features such as an online design software and an automated printing data checking system, etc.
Due to the rapid product expansion, Raksul is going to set up a new entity in Vietnam and grow its team of local engineering talents.
