As a Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving multiple projects and processes. This role works cross-functionally with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, implement best practices, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Job Description
• Build and maintain processes, regulations, standards, and guideline for VNGGames, and effectively manage process management tool
• Ensure compliance with processes across the organization
• Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and proactively propose improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to gather business requirements and translate them into process solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and automation projects.
• Optimize internal workflows/ processes by proposing/ maintaining process improvements, work guidelines, and maintaining management tools
• Ensure processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements such as PDPL, ISO 27001, ICFR, ...
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process awareness and adoption across teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project or process management within the gaming or software industry, ideally in a fast–paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple small projects or teams simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify risks and proactively propose solutions.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and cross-team communication.
• Professional certifications such as Agile BPM Specialist, ITIL Specialist, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor is a strong plus.
