222 Pasteur, Xuan Hoa Ward (former District 3), HCMC
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Interview process: 1–2 interview rounds.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for programming and developing Backend systems for the Corporation’s technology products/applications, as well as collaborating with relevant teams throughout the development and operational lifecycle.

1. Product Development

Develop backend systems including servers, applications, and databases.
Conduct system testing and optimization.
Build and maintain technical documentation and engineering standards.
Research and propose solutions to minimize risks and potential issues.

2. System Operations & Optimization

Operate, monitor, and ensure system performance and reliability.
Evaluate system efficiency and scalability during updates and optimization processes.
Troubleshoot and fix issues arising during operations.
Perform other related professional tasks as assigned.

Insurance based on 100% of Gross salary.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break).
14 annual leave days.

Job Requirement

5+ years’ experience in backend development using Golang or Node.js.
Relational: MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or T-SQL
Non-relational: MongoDB, ElasticSearch, or column-based databases
Caching technologies (Redis, Aerospike)
Hands-on experience building and operating scalable, high-CCU systems with solid foundations in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience with microservices architecture,Git,CI/CD,Unit Testing, and performance testing tools (e.g., Apache Benchmark, K6).
Knowledge of Kafka, cloud platforms (AWS / GCP), and security standards including authentication (HTTP Basic, OAuth), data protection, and GDPR.
Preferred experience in OTT/entertainment products; exposure to video streaming systems is a plus.
