Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following aspects:
 
1.     Legal:

• Responsible for compliance with the reporting requirements of the licensing authorities
• Assist the General Director in reviewing commercial and service contracts during the operation of the company
 
2.     Administration set up and management:

Candidate's main responsibility is to create a nice work environment with a friendly and effective admin team

• Manage the office set-up, including renovation work
• Manage the office facilities, office equipment, and stationaries
• Work with a travel agency for business travel arrangements
• Work with external suppliers for office supplies
• Work with IT support team for asset planning, purchase, and management
 
3.     Accounting & payroll management:

• Recruit and coach staff for the accounting team
• Responsible for maintaining accounting books in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standard
• Responsible for taxation compliance
• Responsible for Payroll, Personal Income Tax, Compulsory Insurances (SI, HI, UI) and Labor Union
• Work with the auditor for annual audit
 
4.     Financial report and management:

• Invoice to funding sources
• Manage day to day money flow for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Develop and manage annual budget
• Work with the Bank for transactions and foreign exchange arrangements
• Work with coworkers within the group for financial planning
• Prepare and submit the inter-company reports on a monthly basis

5.     Events and communication:

• Be the key contact with the Business Partner (B.O.T. client) for requirements and communication standards and assets
• Coordinate with the Communications team and the HR team to provide a highly motivated work environment full of exciting activities and events.

Job requirement

• At least 2 years' experience running an office, preferred start-up companies and IT-software industry
• In-depth knowledge about investment laws, taxation laws, and VAS
• Budget development and oversight experience
• Experience in working with governmental authorities
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word
• Collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done
