• Strong customer and product management experience
• Experience in managing product life-cycle of enterprise & consumer applications
• Strong knowledge of Agile Project Management (experience of scrum is a plus)
• Very strong ability of using project management tools and portals.
• Very strong in documentation and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
• Very strong written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate detailed, technical product & market information at all levels
• Should be able to work closely with a technology/ design teams to execute designs.
• Good understanding of web and mobile phone based application architecture and trends.
• Can work with customers and co-create and design products that adhere to current trends in UX.
• Should have knowledge of product designs that are easier to integrate and may provide comprehensive data analysis.
• Creates comprehensive product specification documents, wireframes & mockups that clearly define the vision for the product & solutions, in order to optimize the productivity & ease of development for the technology team
• Shares end user needs & market gaps along with design & product elements with stakeholders in order to rally everyone towards a common vision.
• Ensure best practices in user testing to ensure the best quality work is being produced & eliminates any impediments to user experience
• Ensures all stakeholders are aligned to common goals & a purpose & also deliver against those goals

• Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software industry with 2 years in designing products and project management and delivery.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Should be an innovative thinker & customer oriented person.
• Forward thinking & looks for opportunities to view solutions in new ways & anticipate or set industry trends/ improvements
• Is creative & has high standards in visual esthetics
