Prepare ad hoc data analyses requested by collections stakeholders, using SQL, critical thinking, communication skills (30%)
Develop and maintain collections dashboards using SQL, advanced Excel, data visualization (20%)
Troubleshoot and optimize collection processes using critical thinking, business sense (20%)
Develop, deploy, monitor collection scorecards using programming (SQL, SAS, R) & statistics (10%)
Design, implement, monitor, assess pilot projects; roll out if successful , using project management skills (10%)
Coach junior data analysts (10%)
Yêu cầu công việc
Must-haves:
Immediate SQL and good understanding of DWH design/structure
Advanced Excel: arrays, advanced formulas, OLEDB connections, pivot tables, etc.
Immediate English level: 6.0 IELTS, 80 Toefl iBT or 750 TOEIC, or proven during interview
At least 1 year of experience in data analyst positions within financial/banking/insurance sectors, ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Critical thinking & ability to formulate a business question into an analysis path
Communication: presentation skills, ability to communicate technical results to business users clearly
Nice-to-haves:
Preferred majors: Data Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, or business-related majors
International experience (work or study)
Statistical programming languages: R, Python, SAS, exposure to data visualization Softwares: Tableu, SAS VA
