*** Purpose:

• A Web Designer manages interactive projects from kick-off to delivery on time, on budget, and on brief. He/she is the internal team's point person for the project and as an interactive project manager on steroids.

*** Job Responsibilities:

• Work with clients and Project Managers to build and refine graphic designs for websites.
• Must have strong skills in Photoshop, Fireworks, or equivalent application(s).
• Lay out and create graphics for company's print and web marketing efforts, including brochures, reports, logos, web banners, landing pages, print ads, stationery, business cards, and other jobs.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their graphics needs and bring their work to life.
• Ensure that all graphic design work follows corporate identity guidelines.
• Contribute suggestions or ideas to improve branding and messaging for marketing pieces

*** Key Challenges:

• Commit scope of work and timeline

*** Must-to-have qualifications:

•  Be proficient in Adobe Illustrator, & Photoshop and / or other common design and layout applications 
•  Highly experience in processing image via Layers, not just design graphic.
•  Experience in working with Fashion e-commercial projects.
•  Strong visualization and mock-up skills are necessary.
•  Must be extremely organized and detail oriented  
•  Must have excellent time management skills 
•  Must have ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team 
•  Familiar with strong problem solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing environment

*** Preferable Qualifications (Additional):

•  Good at English Speaking
•  Good presentation and communication skill
•  Good in timing management
•  Have marketing knowledge

*** Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
•  Design and illustration skills. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and 
• InDesign. Web-oriented video and animation (Flash, AfterEffects or similar). 
• Editing skills are a plus.
•  Programming skills in HTML 5 (including responsive design), CSS and JavaScript.
•  Candidates must have portfolio prepared to show with resume
•  Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
