For our continuously growing subsidiary AdNovum Vietnam LLC in Ho Chi Minh City, we are recruiting an IT Business Analyst. As an IT Business Analyst you support our business application owners with the conceptual design and specification of new software solutions and features based on the stakeholders’ requirements. You are the crucial link between multiple stakeholders in Europe (Switzerland, Hungary) and the local software development team.
In your daily work, you will
- collaborate on a day-to-day basis with stakeholders in Switzerland and Hungary (using virtual collaboration tools)
- identify, collect, investigate and analyze business requirements
- write, update and review software requirement specifications and GUI prototypes
- collaborate closely with the local software development team in Ho Chi Minh City
- present and explain specifications and requirements to developers and testers
- review test cases and support the testing of complex features
- cooperate with UX designers in Switzerland and come up with ideas to design applications
- mentor junior colleagues
Yêu cầu công việc
To master this job, you should have
- a university degree (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science or a related field
- at least 2 years of work experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer for software
- experience and know-how in the technical aspects of business analysis (process modeling, requirements
engineering, etc.)
- fundamental knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- initiative, flexibility, and an interest in interdisciplinary cooperation
- analytic thinking and a conceptual approach
- a confident manner, proactive approach and good communication skills
- excellent written and spoken English skills
