For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Service Unit Manager. As such you will be working with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh City. Our client is one of the leading software companies in Europe. You will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. They focus on custom web applications based on PHP, Java and .NET. Projects are mainly from Switzerland and Germany.

Our client will provide a professional environment which supports you in improving your soft skills in communication, collaboration through Scrum/agile process, training courses, e-learning courses, and English class as well as improving your technical skills.

• Communication bridge between Vietnam and Switzerland.
• Supports pre-sales activities.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and cross/up selling as project director.
• Meets clients in Vietnam or Switzerland to define and evaluate strategies.
• Professional and personal development of your service unit.
• Supports operations in analyzing, improving and suggesting new processes.
• Supports HR in recruiting and performance reviews.
• Reports to managing director in Vietnam.
• Potential to develop into Deputy Managing Director 

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on computer science, information technology, systems development or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as vice director or similar.
• Experienced in consulting/software development services.
• Experienced in managing the full project life cycle.
• Experienced in agile software development methods (such as Scrum or Kanban).
• Excellent common sense, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivator with exemplary planning and execution skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent intercultural skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, organization and time management skills.
• Languages: Fluent English. German is a big advantage.
• Passport: Able to travel to Switzerland as required.
