- Monitors the day to day service delivered by the service desk and support organizations
- Keep track of agreed SLA’s and develop action plans to enhance the end user experience satisfaction with the Service Desk
- Monitors the end to end tickets solution
- Help to maintain the proper documentation is in place for the Service Desk
- Analyze most common incidents and problems and propose innovative solutions for improvement
- Proactively seeks the enhancement of the end user experience with the service desk and resolver teams
- Analyze and make action plans towards the result of satisfaction surveys.
- Assist the Service Operation manager in all daily operational tasks

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Educated to at least degree level in Technical University or comparable qualification.
- 3-5 Years working knowledge of Service Now
- 3-5 Years working experience with Help Desk and Service Providers
- 3-5 Years working experience in Vendor and 3rd Party Management
- 2-3 years of work experience within international IT Service Management areas.
- Desirable Project Management training
- Cloud computing experience operating large cloud based environments for production applications preferred, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or other large scale cloud deployment.
- Good in English written and spoken
