Propzy was founded in 2014 in Southern California to address the painful experience consumers encounter during their real estate property transaction, mitigate transaction risk for consumers resulting in thousands of successfully completed transactions.
Today, Propzy has embarked to provide its real estate transaction platform to Southeast Asia; leveraging its technological competitive advantages to disrupt and enable this nascent market.
With a market place, Propzy serves customers in four categories: Portal, Owner DIY, management application for brokers (SAM) and services related to real estate (Services). In addition, Propzy has developed a SaaS platform for management companies, developers, investors, and real estate owners, including three major software applications, PAM – apartment management and operation software, buildings, PAMa – employee assignment applications for real estate companies, and TAP - apartment management applications, residents/tenants interaction and the owner with the apartment management board.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in large-scale digital project development.
- Write clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.).
- Comply with the coding standards (SDLC guidelines) JavaDocs, Unit Tests; participate in and may conduct code reviews. Follow, improve and enforce coding standards

Your Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in web development technologies & have in-depth knowledge of core Java
- Experience in architecture patterns, coding conventions & best practices
- Experience in one or more of the following Open-source frameworks: Spring 3/4/5 (MVC, Security, Data, batch, ..), Play Framework
- Good knowledge / understanding of the following tools and concepts: Maven, Apache Tomcat, ORM (Hibernate, Spring Data), RESTFul APIs, XML
- Good Knowledge in Relational DBMS: MySQL
- Knowledge/Experience in NoSQL DBMS (MongoDB, CouchDB ...)
- Knowledge of front-end development: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap is an advantage
- As least one year experience and good knowledge with Linux (Ubuntu, Centos)
- Experience in using Source Version Control GIT as a MUST
- Experience in SCRUM agile framework
- Good logical thinking, research skill and learn new technologies quickly
