- Monitor and urge the shippers to process orders on time as promised.
- Handle customers' requests, complaints relating to transport services
- Propose solutions, orientation to improve working methods and systems faster.
- Collect and analyse data.
- Record and monitor data, ensuring data is updated accurately, fully and promptly, without the occurrence of errors and confusion.
- Analyse of the strengths, development trends of each unit shipped to proactively plan for Shopee.
- Implement the report as required.
- Check the input into the software and ensure accounting data recorded accurately and truthfully.
- Perform other duties relating to the operation of the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel
- Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
- Good team player with positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
- Previous entrepreneur experience is a plus
- Salary: negotiable, competitively depending on skills and experience
