Position Summary
The company develops high transactional web-centric systems for the clients. This position is responsible to manage and design our Systems architecture with high availability, redundancy and full resilience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the resiliency and 24x7 uptime in our Product environment from the challenge of nature/man-made fault.
- Manage and support our Product environment where it’s made from open source technologies and automation, to ensure constant uptime with optimal performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot problems in web-centric platform (Web Server, Java Application Server, Database Server, Monitoring/Logging System)
- Manage and troubleshoot problems in Development environment (Code Repository, Continuous Integration, Ticketing System, Deployment)
- Manage and troubleshoot problem in corporate services environment (Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
- Manage and support office IT infrastructure, to ensure a smooth working environment for internal employees.
- Provide desktop support to internal employees for any desktop related issues.

Your Skills and Experience
Skill Requirements
- Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience working in IT systems environment.
- Core knowledge in Linux, Web Technologies, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, VMWare, and Monitoring is required.
- Essential knowledge in Windows, Ansible, Network, JVM, DNS, ElasticSearch, CDN, Cloud, Anti-DDoS is preferred.
- Essential knowledge in Development tools (SVN, Jenkins, Jira, Deployment) is preferred.
- Knowledge in DevOps and Automation principle is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written.
- Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry.
- A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision.
