• Ensure the resiliency and 24x7 uptime in our Product environment from the challenge of nature/man-made fault.
• Manage and support our Product environment where it’s made from open source technologies and automation, to ensure constant uptime with optimal performance.
• Manage and troubleshoot problems in web-centric platform (Web Server, Application Server, Database Server, Monitoring/Logging System).
• Working closely with the Application Development teams.
• Manage and troubleshoot problem in corporate services environment (Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, Mail Service).
• Manage and support office IT infrastructure, to ensure a smooth working environment for internal employees.
• Identify and develop opportunities to improve our processes and tools specifically for Automation.
• Manage and troubleshoot problems in Development environment (Code Repository, Continuous Integration, Ticketing System, Deployment).
• Laser focus and be able to design infrastructure solutions for scalability, reliability, high availability, performance, security, software maintainability.
• Have sense of application/server monitoring and responsibility for any kind of system incident.
• Learn new technology to adapt to day-to-day change of business requirement.

• Experience working with Unix/Linux and MS Windows Server 2008, 2012. Have experience tuning Linux system, application to meet performance requirement is a big plus.
• Knowledge of the whole web stack, understand how all the pieces fit together (front-end, web server, load balancer, database, network layer, etc.).
• Understand the process of build/deploy/manage/monitor various server softwares for web technology: Apache, Nginx, Haproxy, PHP, Java, Redis/memcached, MySQL/Postgres …
• Experience with open source solutions such as Asterisk, Zabbix, Bacula, Ossec, ELK …
• Experience in virtualization systems (VMWare vSphere, Docker).
• Strong experience in MS Mail Exchange Server.
• Strong database management experience using MySQL and MSSQL Server.
• Strong scripting skills in at least one scripting language: Bash / Python/ Lua/ Go/ PowerShell.
• Good knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP.
• Have knowledge of ITIL.
• Ability to deploy and manage storage systems, network-system monitoring, IPS/IDS.
• Should have experience & ability to work with various teams to resolve performance issues.

Nice to have:

• Experience in running and scaling CI/CD system.
• Experienced with multiple DevOps tools – Git, Gitlab, Stash, Maven, Gradle, TeamCity, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker..
• Have experience working on public cloud services such as Amazon Web Service, Google Cloud is a big plus.
