- Working with PM and R&D from concept to launch to design UI/UX for our web-based products
- Create personas, journey maps, workflows, low-fi designs, user stories, and other artifacts needed to collaborate and iterate from vision through execution
- Conduct design brainstorms and reviews with fellow designers, developers and stakeholders
- Use your understanding of UX best practices, Agile and Usability testing to iteratively create workflows and designs
- Designing within our visual style guidelines and helping evolve these guidelines
- Contributing to strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
- Pushing yourself and the team for continuous improvement in our design and design processes through open communication and feedback

What We Need From You
- Experience with a wide range of design and prototyping tools. A few that we use regularly are Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite and UXPin
- 2+ years experience with UX/UI design
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design techniques, basic design principles and interaction design concepts
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just ‘how it should look’ but ‘what we should build’ and ‘who are we building for’)
- Understanding of the technical limitations behind your designs and ability to effectively communicate your ideas to engineers
- Experience building and shipping web-based products
It Would Be Nice If You Had
- Web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience designing mobile applications
- Branding experience
- Excellent writing and editing skills
