• Acts as a relationship manager with business partners to ensure that IT plans and strategies are aligned to support the needs of the business
• Leverages demand and portfolio management processes to maximize value to the business
• Designs solutions by extracting and defining business requirements, prepares detailed schematics of transaction and business flows, and translates them into solution designs, functional designs and user experience designs
• Performs configurations and extensions to software in order to meet end user requirements
• Plans and implements procedures to ensure that the solution satisfies the requirements
• Manages applications through the lifecycle and ensures that the strategy, risk, and operation of the application remain aligned with business needs
• Stays informed of new developments within the business, industry, and technology trends
• Provides level 3 production support

• Requires full technical proficiency in theoretical concepts and applied principles and practices of area of specialty
• Manages simple to moderate complexity projects
• Provides direction for project
• Perform failure analysis, determine the root cause, and/or coordinate with other parties to find solution to fix the problem
• Handling needs assessments and requirement analysis
• Collect business needs from business users, solicit IT product and enhancement requirements from end users and convert the requests from both into a workable solution
• Test software or coordinate a testing environment
• Work closely with project managers and technical analyst to implement a solution throughout a company.
• Supports team development by giving others opportunities to practice new skills and capabilities, and provides support. Addresses issues of performance and quality standards across division/department/team and understands in depth what motivates and encourages team members and colleagues.

• Fundamental knowledge and experience in JAVA enterprise edition JEE including Java Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Web services and Hibernate.
• Experience in utilizing Project Management tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge on business processes, practices & procedures in MLM/Retail industry that enables completion of complex assignment.
• Broad knowledge in Relational Database which enables completion of complex assignments.
• Good communication skills. Produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on an issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Able to obtain complete and accurate information to assess root cause and provide solutions with possible implication and consequences
• Good budget & resource control skills. Able to allocate and control resources & assets within own area while implementing approach which effectively utilizes resources and assets.
• Good teamwork & collaboration. Able to foster an environment where others feel respected and understands differences, anticipates areas of conflict and thereafter, takes others’ perspectives into account when, negotiating or presenting arguments
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
