ü Develop quality assurance plan for projects, services and internal quality assurance activities.

ü Establish audit checklist for each project based on project management framework, support center processes and department working processes.

ü Peer review with relevant stakeholders about quality assurance plan and audit checklist.

ü Perform audit for projects, services, departments according to the quality assurance plan.

ü Record nonconformities and observations finding when performing audit and communicate the results to relevant stakeholders.

ü Coordinate with stakeholders to establish corrective and preventive solutions for nonconformities and observations.

ü Follow up action plan of corrective and preventive actions.

ü Verify the results of corrective and preventive actions when they are implemented.

ü Regularly review and update quality assurance process to ensure the quality of quality assurance activities.

ü Define standards for quality assurance activities (reports, templates, checklists…).

ü Coordinate and guide for all departments about process design.

ü Joining process review with all departments if required.

ü Perform process related training for employees if required.

ü Perform customer satisfaction survey for projects and customer service.

ü Good understanding about software development process (SDLC, V-model, Agile/Scrum…)

ü Good understanding about Quality Management.

ü At least 1 year of experience in Process Quality Assurance in software company or related fields.
