What you will get to do:
- Maintenance of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
- Monitor database health and performance.
- Create, Backup, Restore databases per requirements.
- Create PostgreSQL/MySQL tables/indexes etc. in collaboration with the dev team.
- Optimize queries, stored procedure, and database design.
- Create documentation related to upgrades, optimization practices, and developer best practices.
- Be available for off-hour support.

Your Skills and Experience
Who you are:
- 1-3 years experience.
- Experience with Linux.
- Must have PostgreSQL and MySQL Administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
- Demonstrated capabilities in database backup, recovery and performance optimization techniques and strategies.
- Experience with Google Big Query or a similar is a plus.
- Experience with implementation and support of database replication.
