Tóm tắt công việc
- Develop test plan and test case
- Approve test conditions and test cases for phase level testing
- Identify unclear or inconsistent items in specifications and ask questions to clarify these
- Analyze and raise the issues, propose the solution/method to improve the system
- Review and accept the project plan at the start of the project and specifically the milestones and hours for test case writing and testing
- Have a pro active and good work relationship with other team members
- Develop the test strategy and workflow/framework for testing in the project
- Approve environment and data requirements to complete test execution
- Test estimation, test completion reports and Status reporting
- Plan and schedule test phases for projects as detailed within the Test Strategy
- Provide input to the Agile estimation process.
- Provide test status reporting to PM

Your Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years’ experience with testing
- At least 1 years’ experience in respect to creating automated test cases
- Deep understanding of the software development life circle.
- Fluently English (speaking, listening, writing and reading).
- ISTQB/ISEB Foundation level
- Qualifications in Agile or Scrum Software Testing
- Passionate about technology
- Independent but also a team player
- Comfortable with high degree of ambiguity
- Focused on usability and speed
- Keen on presenting your ideas to your peers and management
