EPOS is a global IT company specializing in Point of Sales technology, including Sales Management, Inventory Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Payment Gateways. Our clients include the Singapore Government, cafes, restaurants, shops, hospitals and MNCs (Boeing, Unilever, Airbus, Citibank, Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s, Marlboro, Mevius, and Camel).
We believe that to build a great product, we need motivated developers who understand our clients and their needs. At EPOS, all our developers have the opportunity to travel abroad to interact with actual EPOS customers, gather requirements and have a say in the development of the next generation of EPOS products.
EPOS has been in Vietnam with our wholly owned subsidiary since 2009 (Floating Cube Studios Vietnam, https://floatingcube.com/).
Our newest product is a POS for the U.S. market scheduled to be released in 2019.
We're looking for a generalist product engineer who loves building software to change the way we live and work.
You'll be responsible for either the native or server portions of our point of sale (POS) and business platform software. We use: .NET framework, Xamarin C# to build windows and mobile app for Frontend and Go, Ruby for Backend.

Your Skills and Experience
- Willingness to learn new programming languages and frameworks. This is quite important to us!
- Passion for code quality and improvement. Our interviews are focused on coding ability, not paper qualifications.
- Skill required: C#
- Must be able to work independently and produce elegant, easily maintainable code
- Strong in OOP Concepts, multithreading.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Knowledge with Windows Apps Development, Windows Service, Mobile App(Xamarin), Database – Postgresql
- Knowledge of concepts and methods related to analysis, design and implementation in an object-oriented environment
- Scrum / Agile Development Experience is plus
- Xamarin knowledge is a plus
- Experience with code review and GIT is plus
- Positive mind (enjoy working with colleague)

Floating Cube makes EPOS - a point-of-sale and business management platform with over 200 customers in Singapore.
We are a Singaporean company with a presence in Vietnam since 2009. We make EPOS - a point-of-sale and business management platform with over 200 customers in Singapore including Parkway Hospitals, Paris Baguette and Nanyang Technological University.
Our current technical challenges include shifting our system from web to native apps (JS/Python -> C#) and to faster, more performant servers (Python -> Golang), from the ground up, while developing new products in the self-service kiosk and business intelligence space.
In the past, we made beautiful, polished mobile apps for global clients, including MNCs such as Citibank and Louis Vuitton. We specialise in consumer-facing apps, and have over 30 apps in Google and iOS App Stores under our own brands.
