'For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Team Lead / Lead Developer (C#) to work with a young and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. The team is currently being scaled up to 10 members.
In this team, which develops 2 huge online systems managing millions of transactions, you will always be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment.
You will work directly with a product owner in the Netherlands (using skype) and communicate with a second team in the US.
We use Kanban and Continuous Integration to develope our releases.
Daily stand up video conferences are part of the job, so English speaking skill is a must.

- Lead the team and drive team members to achieve release goals
- Continuously suggest advanced technical solutions and propose long term IT strategy plans
- Work with product owner in the Netherlands to make sure each other opinions are aligned
- Lead planning meetings and requirement meetings with all key resources
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict management
- Maintain issues and risks log
- Analyze user stories and break down them to tasks together with your developers
- Take lead on quality control issues, work closely with QC lead
- Train and coach your team members to continuously improve the team's standards.
- Code yourself with the team and review codes and make sure they match to coding standard when needed
- Create and oversee project plans and schedules
- Maintain process documentation
- Create training plans and coach members to improve their skills

Required technical skills:

- At least 3 years experience of leader/managing projects
- Proven experience building highly organized, detail oriented project plans in a highly dynamic environment
- At least 5 year experience of the following languages/frameworks
o C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET/.NET Core Web API, MS SQL
o Entity Framework (EF) and EF Core.
o HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Have an ownership mindset and be able to think from client’s or end-user perspectives
- Good verbal & writing English
- Have a strong attention to detail
- High sense of responsibility
- Ability to design data models with SQL.
- Experienced with VSTS.
- Experience with working for an outsourcing product company
- Nice to have skills:
o Experience with container technologies such as Docker
o Experience with Microsoft Azure (SQL DB, Cosmos DB)
o Experience with modern SPA-style applications using Angular or React
