Major purpose
Marry Network is a network of top websites in wedding, parenting and living in Vietnam since 2010. We are leading the market in Vietnam with Marry.vn, MarryBaby.vn and MarryLiving.vn and we expanded to potential market Myanmar from July 2017. We are looking for great people to together creating happiness for Myanmar's people in their big life events.
Marry Network is looking for Product Manager who will lead creating web product and its operation for Marry.com.mm and Kalay.com.mm to bring happiness to million of brides, moms or women throughout Myanmar.
Reporting to General Manager, Product Manager of Marry Network will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of that product in the context of wedding and parenting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Product Team including IT Development, Directory and Paid Channel of Digital Marketing
- Responsible for defining the ‘why’, ‘what,’ and ‘when’ of the product that the IT team will build. They are the CEO of their product -- which means they lead cross-functional teams from a product's conception through to its launch. The key jobs will be
- Strategy: Own the strategy behind the product along with its roadmap and must work with IT to build what matters.
- Releases: Plan for what the teams will deliver and when they will deliver it.
- Ideation: Own ideation -- the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
- Features: Defines the features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete product to market and lead the product team to success.
- Time-to-market: Product manager knows how to do it right and on time.
- Lead the directory (wedding, mom&baby services) strategy and development
- Manage paid traffic channels to align it with product milestones and strategy

Your Skills and Experience
Ideal candidate should be:
- Burmese and fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Media, Digital or Advertising (at least 1 year at the same role)
- Good understanding of the wedding, parenting industry is preferable
- Great know-how about web product (UI/UX, Web Development, etc.)
- Good planning and have sense of marketing/digital marketing
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Decision making ability and sense of judgment
- Flexible, high independent and able to handle pressure
- Good team-work player with sense of responsibility
- Good command of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Experienced of using Google Drive, Trello is a plus
