Tóm tắt công việc
1. Data Entry/ Nhập và xử lý dữ liệu:
- Analyses & organize the data; upload & manage data in the Hybris platform/ Phân tích và sắp xếp dữ liệu; sau đó upload và quản lý trên nền tảng Hybris.
- Maintenance: manage, update & daily maintain the uploaded data in the system./ Quản lý, cập nhật và bảo trì hằng ngày những dữ liệu trong hệ thống.
- Support customer service team/ Hỗ trợ đội ngũ chăm sóc khách hàng.
2. Monitor e-commerce website/Kiểm tra và quản lý chất lượng website
- Be a part of the website monitor team & control the website’s quality/ Thu thập và báo cáo hằng ngày về hiệu suất giao diện của website
- Collect & report daily the website performance in terms of interface/ Thu thập và báo cáo hằng ngày về hiệu suất giao diện của website
- Detect, describe, and report bugs to the development/ Phát hiện, miêu tả và báo cáo lỗi cho team dev
- Shift work, 6 days per week/ Làm việc theo ca, 6 ngày/tuần
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên ngành công nghệ thông tin.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm bằng excel
- Năng động, siêng năng, ham học hỏi
- Mức lương Gross: 8.000.000 - 10.000.000 VND
