Get to know the Role:

Data entry:

• Import candidates from different channels into Workday;
• Follow relevant payment request;
• Support to format, edit content of some materials from TABP;
• Support Workday operations.

Engagement activities:

• Coordinate related stakeholders to prepare for upcoming events;
• Support paperworks, email letter, contact related stakeholder;
• Be meeting minute if need be;
• Logistic support in proceeding payment, purchasing, inventory, etc.;
• Design presentation with ready content.

TA tasks:

• Arrange interview, calls, catch up candidates while coming;
• Send informing email to hiring managers, coordinate recruitment operations;
• Print CV, cover letter, preparing necessary procedure ;
• Be coordinator of paper work, email writing between TA BP & R&D team.
• Other task assigned by team leader.

·       Very good English communication;

·       Willing to learn;

·       Smart, proactive & open;

·       Strong Powerpoint is a plus;

·       Passionate in HR, especially recruitment
