This is our first hire for the QA/QC team. We expect to set up a strong foundation and grow the team in the future.
We understand that automation test is hard, so we are aiming for ~30% manual and ad-hoc tests and ~70% automation tests. We believe it is the right balance to make regression tests scalable and reliable.
Our team includes project managers, designers, developers, all work closely together to deliver qualified software. We believe every role is important, and the whole team should act together to achieve a goal and help each other improve.
- Understand product requirements and functionalities in order to come up with a test plan that covers all cases.
- Work closely with project manager, designer and developer to improve the output quality and complete Sprints in a timely manner.
- Listen to clients, understand their problems and communicate with the team to resolve. We believe it is everyone’s responsibility to maintain an effective communication channel with the clients and keep them happy.
- Schedule test plans to make sure products are properly verified before any important release or launch.
- Follow agile methodologies and agile processes to ensure the team is able to move at a rapid pace without any road-blocks.

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Require strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Require a minimum of 2 years experience in QA/QC field.
- Require a deep knowledge of agile and scrum development processes.
- Advanced of testing methodologies, testing process, quality models, standards.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in automation tests using Selenium and Appium with Node.js/Java.
- Good knowledge of Load/Performance testing, API testing, SQL database.
- Require Git, Github and Pull Request knowledge.
- Familiar with writing user stories and detailing acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as an agency or service company is a plus.
