Job Overview: 

SHIFT ASIA is the most well-known leading Software Testing Company in Japan Market and fully integrated with SHIFT Japan providing solutions for software testing. One of the strong points of SHIFT ASIA is to provide the Test Cycle Management (TCM) tool called CAT (Computer Aided Test). CAT is a comprehensive TCM tool with enterprise-level capabilities but flexible to fit all modern development methodologies. It allows you to link your manual and automated tests’ cases automatically to defects, requirements and tasks, and to integrate with many of the QA tools you already use such as Redmine and Slack. With CAT, clients of SHIFT ASIA can enhance their software developments more efficiently and more effectively. 

Now we are about to launch our development team of CAT in Vietnam to accelerate distributing world-class “Made-in-Japan” testing tool to the international markets, so you would have chance to grasp the higher positions as your career path in SHIFT ASIA. SHIFT ASIA is seeking for talented software developers with a great passion for designing and developing CAT using various technologies and methodologies. 

Responsibilities 

Include, but not limited to, the followings: 

• Fully understand product’s architectures and data flows in details. 
• Provide workarounds for middle ware and/or external libraries related issues.  
• Join in all activities of implementation: proposing technical solutions for product features, coding, code review, unit test, and bugs fixing.
• Effectively communicate with others to resolve the impediments and also follow up them. 
• Contribute in building up a feature design document with a coordination of Product Owner and team members. 
• May be in charge of developing a solution into a detailed design and coordinating to collect the estimation from the team. 
• May be in charge of coaching the new-comers in certain components.
