- Administer Windows Operating System such as Windows Server 2003/2008 R2, Windows 7/8/Mac OS
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, notebooks, file servers, network cabling, software (commercial and in-house applications) and peripheral equipment such as printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
- Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
- Maintain technical expertise in network, email, security and IP telephony infrastructure such as ADSL routers, switching hubs, IP PBX, firewalls, etc.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users.
- Perform backups and update inventory list of computer hardware and software compliance with policies and procedures.
- Development and maintenance of department procedures and reference documentation.
- Regular checking of the computer belonging to his responsibility (antivirus, windows update, user behavior,…).
- Local ICT support/local Office Coordinator are acting in first line (ICT, telecom electricity, security)
- To organize, implement and supervise the acceptance and payment
- Inspection technical, progress and quality of the project (camera, internet, network,…)
Yêu cầu công việc
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
o Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT support
o Microsoft certificates: MCSE, MCITP. CCNA is a plus.
o Expertise on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, WINS, VPN.
o Experienced on PBX switch board and telephone system. Have knowledge of VoIP solution is a plus.
o Experienced on firewall configuration. Familiar with Fortigate is big plus.
o Have knowledge of Web and Cloud services is an advantage
o Have ability to work under high pressure environment
o Have good communication & presentation skill
o Have good problem-solving skill
o Customer-oriented ability

Founded in 1996 with an initial investment of USD 22 million, now increasing to USD 75.8 million, CALOFIC is now one of the leading joint venture companies in Vietnam. CALOFIC set foundation and has been the backbone of manufacturing and processing vegetable oils in Vietnam.
