We are looking for a Technical Lead design the structure of our IT systems, oversee programs to ensure the proper architecture is implemented and provide technology for team.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. We’d also like you to have hands-on experience on software development and be able to manage complex programs.
Your goal will be to ensure IT technical of software products properly.
Responsibilities
Include:
- Designing functional technology solutions.
- Plan and design the architecture, structure of a technology solution and infrastructure of booking platform.
- Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
- Communicate system requirements to software development teams
- Understand company needs to define system specifications
- Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions for projects.
- Participate development Applications
- Overseeing development and implementation of programs
- Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
- Research new Technology such as Blockchain to train/support for team
- Providing technical technology and support to software development teams
- Implement and administer security measures and processes in the environments, support security auditing
- Participate in system and application monitoring
- Participate in performance tuning exercises
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- 4+ years of software development experience, 2+ years experience as software architect and/or team lead
- Proven experience as a Technical Architecture or Technical Leader
- Hands-on experience with software development
- Understanding of strategic IT solutions
- Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. JavaScript Angularjs, python/ Django)
- Familiarity with large scale and high performance solution,
- Experience in Microservice, Cloud technologies, Fintech
- Proficient in programming languages (Python, Javascript, Database)
- Experience with build & deploy tools (Git, BitBucket)
- Experience with Infrastructure provisioning tools such as CI/CD
- Experience with Software development process and Agile model
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Organizational and leadership skills
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Strong English speaking and writing skills are plus.

Desirable:
- Experience with Booking Engine Platform is plus,
- Technical understanding or experience with NEO Blockchain and distributed systems is plus.
