Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for leading the product development process for a range of products catering to a global client base. We focus on MVP style development for all products at each stage of their development, continuously defining the highest-value features for the next milestone.
We work rapidly, with 1-week iterations on products that are continuously changing and evolving. We’re looking for a Product Manager with a product mindset, strong problem-solving skill, and strong soft skills, who would like the opportunity to develop their product range through leading the product vision and development for a wide range of user types and demographics.
How you’ll benefit:
We work with a wide range of global clients and varying industries, from EdTech, to FinTech, to HealthTech, and more, with clients from North America, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. This will give you the opportunity to rapidly develop your product mindset and problem-solving skills, as you define the highest value features for the products you manage.
We handle the full product development life-cycle, so you will have the opportunity to be involved in the product design, oversee user experience and user interface design, and then work with developers to see the product visions you develop turn into fully functional products for a global market.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with clients, we do not work with other agencies or representatives in the middle. You will be able to improve your product mindset, problem-solving skills, soft skills, and communication skills, through regular client discussions and product planning, understanding deeply the needs of your client, their users, and their product vision.
We are a fully collaborative team, with all members of the product design and development teams in-house, giving you the ability to oversee the full design and implementation of your products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work on rapidly creating new Web and Mobile products for a diverse range of clients and industries using design thinking to develop product features which have high user appeal.
- Facilitate the product design process with clients, helping them to develop their vision, understand their target customers and narrow down their product feature set.
- Build feature backlogs for product development, working with clients to prioritize the features for development and guiding the development team during sprint planning to bring in all required features to meet the sprint goal.
- Plan wireframe specs for user testing and work with UX & UI designers to turn the wireframes into high-fidelity refined mocks.
- Cooperate with developers to ensure the features implemented match business goals and acceptance criteria.

Your Skills and Experience
Desired Skill-set:
Experience:
- Require a minimum of 2 years experience in product management field
- Require strong to fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Require a deep knowledge of mobile and web products
- Require a product-mindset and the ability to think MVP and focus on the highest priority features for development
- Require a background working with agile / scrum methodologies
- Require experience writing user stories and detailing acceptance criteria
- Experience working with UX & UI design is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
Personality Traits:
- Confident to communicate with teams and clients
- The desire to build your product portfolio by working on a range of industries
- Problem-solving skills that help you define product feature sets
