Tóm tắt công việc
- Study, analyze new banking products, banking processes, focus on FTP/ALM project.
- Study and propose the solution to meet business requirements as well as the estimation time need to do
- Provide BRD, SRS within timeline committed with business unites and other departments
- Participate in the FTP/ALM project at a given time, fulfill project requirements in a timely and good-quality manner.
- Understand and analyze the application's capability of Finnance service, such as FTP, ALM, etc…
- Identify and make business processes/rules clearly and also Identify which business rules can be utilized on the system and make it understandable for developers to implement.
- Consult, support end-users, business units with incidents/requests regarding business processes which has been implemented.
- Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the department or team about capabilities of systems.
- Do other duties as assigned by manager and director.

- Being able to Understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
- Understand how to write a BRD/SRS for banking products/processes
- Experience in using case tool for analyzing and modeling
- Working with particular systems in banking domain (such as T24 core banking, W4 Card system,Finance, GL, etc...)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- An in depth understanding of the software and application your customers/employees are using
