Tóm tắt công việc

• Monitor and urge the shippers to process orders on time as promised.
• Handle customers' requests, complaints relating to transport services
• Propose solutions, orientation to improve working methods and systems faster.
• Collect and analyse data.
• Record and monitor data, ensuring data is updated accurately, fully and promptly, without the occurrence of errors and confusion.
• Analyse of the strengths, development trends of each unit shipped to proactively plan for Shopee.
• Implement the report as required.
• Check the input into the software and ensure accounting data recorded accurately and truthfully.
• Perform other duties relating to the operation of the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager

• At least a College Degree, Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Strong computer skills, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
• Good team player with positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
• Previous entrepreneur experience is a plus
• Have a good skill about customer service, sales coordinator or operation skill is a plus
• Problem solving skill
