To be the dedicated associate responsible for developing and maintain the website. Involved in the back-end design to ensure that the developments can be optimally implemented.

Research & Analysis:
•Reviewing the purpose of the website based upon target audience’s performance review / guest comments documentation and liaises with Department Heads to establish clear and specific learning needs for Levels 4 and below.
•Analyzing effectiveness of content and design and implement a plan to deliver effective and timely changes.
•Research best practices for layouts, styles and usability,

Creative:
•Conceptualizing creative ideas with associates.
•Designing visual imagery for the website ensuring that they are in line with branding.
•Maintaining the appearance of the website by enforcing content standards.
•Establishing design guidelines and best practices
•Preparing plans for visual upgrades

System Development & Maintenance:
•Create interfaces that guide the user naturally and make them want to read/click/interact more.
•Collaborate with associates and external suppliers to keep developing the structure of the website.
•Optimize website speed
•Ensure mobile friendly capabilities
•Track and evaluate performance and edit/adapt the site and needed.
•Using Web Analytics to identify development opportunities and areas of potential problems then develop plans to implement in a timely and cost-effective manner

•Strong experience using Word Press essential.
•Creative background in web design.
•Experience with end to end web design.
•Confidence to work autonomously owning and optimizing the online customer experience and journey.
•Minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role.
