Your Skills and Experience
- Ideally 5+ years of work experience on Back-end to serve large-scale and high-traffic projects
- Minimum 1 year of experience with NodeJS or Golang or PHP
- Open-minded, honest and have a positive attitude towards people
- Ability to coach and mentor team members in their professional development and build self-sustaining teams
- Hands on experience working with Back-end:
- Languages/frameworks: NodeJS (most preferred), PHP, Golang, Java, Scala or Python
- Cloud service: AWS (most preferred), Google Cloud, Heroku
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, CouchDB, Cassandra, ElasticSearch/Solr
- APIs: RESTful
- Ability to work as full stack engineer is a big plus
