JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Evaluate and identify software solutions.
• Working with customers to discuss what they need in their custom software, infrastructure and deployment environment in order to design the entire system based on the received requirements.
• Develop technical specifications with attention to theme, plugin, module, responsive design, quality, security and scalability and they must be WordPress-based solutions.
• Create technical recommendations, coding and supervision of developers, performance optimizations, deployment.
• Create deployment guideline to deploy products in the customer’s servers.
• Create development guideline for the project if requested.
• Communicate with customers verbally and written to clarify all the technical matters.
• Constantly review the code developed by developers to ensure the quality of the design by avoiding complexity, advocating clarity and to do this with the team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Should have hands on experience in WordPress & HOOKS concepts.
• Build a highly scalable product right from scratch.
• Should be well versed with PHP, HTML, PostgreSql, MYSQL, responsive design.
• To create own themes based on requirements from HTML scratch
• Knowledge of Customization of themes & plugins
• Knowledge in custom post types, taxonomies, metafields
• Should have good understanding on Search Engine Optimization(SEO).
• Should have experience in web performance optimization
• GIT experience.
• Good communication in English, both written and oral.
• Have ability to create deployment guideline to install and configure product on Linux.
• Work experience: 5 + yrs.
