At Gameloft Toronto, you’ll be working with the world’s best game developers. Our studio has developed, and continues to develop, hit titles that include  Uno and Friends and Disney Magic Kingdoms. 

As a fresh new member of out young and enegetic TA team, you will be resposible for:

1. General Talent Attraction/Acquisition

• Assisting and proactively be in charge of recruitment process
• Follow up different recruitment channel and propose actions or solutions to best use those channels for recruitment needs; evaluate and recommend efficient recruitment channels;
• Upload all CVs received to the tool and server in timely and accurate way;
• Keep the record of all candidates on database according to Recruitment Process;
• Databases; assist in the use of recruitment tools and the management of related databases;
• Assist in recruitment documentation/references.

2. Employer Branding

• Assist to prepare as well as implement recruitment activities as assigned: career day, job fairs, seminars, Gameloft tours, etc.;
• Assist to prepare necessary logistics.

3. Communication, editorial

• Collaborate in recruitment related communication;
• Collaborate in the production of contents.

4. Report

• Coordinate all TA reports
• Report for assigned tasks and making other ad-hoc reports upon need.

• Passionate in Talent Acquisition Career;
