Job Description
Are you excited to join our Southeast Asia Training and Development Team? Our mission is to create, promote and foster individual and organizational effectiveness by developing and offering an array of innovative and diversified program to increase employee and company productivity and enrichment.

We are currently seeking for an enthusiastic HR Tool Project Lead who will:

- Oversee the creation and development of HR tools from scratch;
- Involve in the conception phase of ther HR-related tools/platforms to ensure the integration, synergy and efficiency;

Your responsibilities will be:

- Be the key contact of the projects; consult and propose ideas for tool conception, design; then provide clear and complete planning and status of the projects with accurate estimations of task durations and clear milestones;
- Supervise the team (programmer, artist): give the right instructions to the team, ensure their understanding, track projects’ progression, team’s productivity and outcomes’ quality;
- Keep high demand in terms of quality of work delivered by the team and check carefully and in timely manner the tools / platforms;
- Create the tool manual, act as the Tool Admin and Tool Trainer;
- Organize the launching and communication programs;
- Maintain tool updates and improvements;
- Keep track of the tool development evolution;
- Ensure the overall coordination of HR-related tools / platforms and integration of different HR-related processes and activities;
- Understand the learning needs in order to develop interactive contents of E-learning platform;
- Ensure the efficiency and quality of training materials and online courses as needed;

Qualifications

- Strong project management (with 2-3 years of real work experience in tool development);
- Knowledge of tool development processes, platforms, and technologies;
- Knowledge of fundamental e-learning tools, the latest technologies, and trends in online learning and instructional media;
- Experience in building HR software / tools / processes / systems / platforms such as E-Learning, Performance management system, etc. is a plus.
- Technical background (any programming languages such as PHP, Python, NodeJS) is a plus;
- Knowledge of UI/UX, sense of aesthetics or aesthetic design composition and typographic abilities are a plus.
- Planning, organizationa, probelm solving and analysis skills;
- Positive-mindset, flexibility, creativity and open-minded;
- High attention to detail and commitment to a quality product;
- Good presentation, communication, customer service, CAN DO attitude;
- Being responsible, proactive, willing to support, having teamwork;
- Proficiency in MS PPT, Word, MS Excel, e-mail, internet, etc.;
- Fluency in English (both writing, and speaking).
