1. Objective:
Working with Production Environment
Level 2 support
To implemete and operation correctly architechture
Monitoring, backups, performance tuning and regular maintenance applications efficiency
2. Main Responsibility:
Maintain the health of the application, helpdesk support, ticket management and application support.
Maintain application SLAs of system availability to business unit.
Monitor the System for errors, stopped processes...
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements.
Deployment and configuration of new CR release.
Participate in pilots, testing, training and communications in support of system development.
Collaborate with other team members/ partner.
Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical Teams as required.
Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions.
Work closely with the System Analyst and Architect Teams to assist in application related duties.
Write and maintain technical documentation for operation.
Review and control operation procedure within domain.
Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of application.
Follow operation process and other related process within VPBank.
Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Department or Project

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience in Application Operation.
- Extensive experience in banking domain is plus: Core T24/ Loan/ Deposit/ Middleware (ESB, IBM specified)/ BI/Datawarehouse/Reporting, ECM/BPM
- Hardware and software knowledge, Linux/Unix experience
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple competing tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on projects in a timely manner
- Team player / influencer-collborates with others to solve problems
- Capable of learning new technologies in a self-directed manner.
- Can be communicate with partner/bussiness in English
