- We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Team Leader to work with our skilled and knowledgeable Scrum teams in Can Tho office.
- We’re specialized in agile software development and always looking for new ideas about how and where to improve. We’re less concerned about what it’s called Agile/Scrum but much more about the result and the improvement.
-We need someone who leads by examples rather than by commands, someone who is not afraid to deal with conflicts, and someone who knows how to bring out the best of individuals and when to push for the better result.

- Bachelor degree in computer science/ information technology or equivalents
- Experience as similar position or team leader
- Wide and deep knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Experience in Scrum, certificate of Scrum/Scrum Master is a plus
- Good communication skills in English
- Be a good servant-leader
- Good solving problem skill
- Have strong interpersonal skill and can work with diverse personality types
