The perfect candidate would be someone who has been building decentralized applications and writing Solidity Ethereum smart contracts.

As smart contract is a new area, we understand that there are not many people who are fortunate enough to be working on smart contracts. We're open to meeting with:

• people who have a deep experience in other programming languages/frameworks
• people come from various backgrounds, including distributed systems, cryptography, mathematics, game theory, algorithms, and macroeconomics.

As long as you're curious about new technologies, always learning and improving yourself, and interested in solving hard problems — Autonomous is your home.

• You're a pretty good coder, in any programming languages (2+ years' experience)
• You're pretty good at software architecture and system analysis (2+ years' experience)
• Strong in algorithms (knowing machine learning / deep learning is a plus)

Bonus Points

• Understanding blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum, Bitcoin, Proof of Work, Proof of Stake, etc.
• Understanding Ethereum development stack, including Solidity, Truffle, Parity, Geth, TestRPC, Ropsten, etc.
• Contribution to open-source projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, communication, and organization
• Play soccer
• IOI / ACM World Final medals
