+ Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with Business Architect /System Analysist and Business team.
+ Doing unit test and make the release note document.
+ Doing code review.
+ Make the deploy package to implement into other environment (test, pilot, production) and check list to deployment.
+ Writing detailed technical specification documentation.
+ Updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing development.
+ Setup tasks, monitor and responsible for implementing the change requests.
+ Ensure standard quality and timeline for provided services.
+ Provide internal training, guidelines for other members in the Department/team about capabilities of new technology/systems.
+ Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Departmnent or project Management (in project scope).

Your Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field of study
Experience
- Experience in developing mobile and web applications from 3 years and above.
- Have strong knowledge about programing skills such as: PHP, JS/CSS/HTML.
- Experience in managing server site (Windows/Linux) and database (MS SQL/Oracle/MySQL) from 3 years and above.
- Experience in managing the development team and the project team.
- Experience of developing products from scratch.
- Experience in the banking domain is an advantage.
- Strong focus on UX (customer first model of thinking).
- Good analytical incident and problem solving skills.
- Familiar with Waterfall or Agile method.
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment, where the technology is constantly changing.
- Have to observe how activities are being performed step by step, and then find ways to make each process more efficient.
