Reporting directly to CEO, the special Product team of VeXeRe will be responsible to own the product vision (including VeXeRe.com, mobile web and mobile apps) to support the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative product:
• Backlog and gather requirements from product managers and business teams
• Build and manage the long-term product roadmap and strategies, define performance metrics to measure the success of products
• Create mockups and works with UX on design
• Track the overall market and competitive dynamics, evaluate the product positioning, product branding, product pricing
• Coordinate between business team (sales, operations, marketing, CS, etc) and product owner to achieve business KPIs (revenues, transactions, traffics, market shares, etc)
• Lead daily meetings including standups, retrospectives, and demos with devs and testers
• Make final decision to go live new features
• Document new features and release notes to train business teams to successfully apply new features for customers

• 1-4 years of working experience in e-commerce, preferably a combination of software development, entrepreneurship, and business analytical positions, or talented freshers in any non-tech/business fields (will be technically trained)
• Good perspective about product design: able to analyze why a feature is built
• Able to use mockup software (i.e. Balsamiq) to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows
• Have a superb critical reasoning skill: able to strengthen or weaken arguments based on logics
• Able to explain complex problems in a few sentences
• Able to persuade others to follow your ideas
• Pay attention to details: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions
