- Must be able to understand the operation principle of the Virualization systems (VMware);
- Understand the connection model from the virtual host to other network and storage elements;
- Must be able to use some monitoring tool, capture tool;
- Ability to administer Windows server systems at basic levels to the depths: Server installation, configuration services such as Cluster, IIS, FTP, AD, DNS ... have MCSA , MCSE certificate is advanced;
- Basic skills in Linux…
- Be able to develop the document that mapping the each virtualization to each physical element and it dependencies;
- Be able to develop the operation readiness for each server (start, stop, checking service .. )
- Develop process documentation related to system operation, resource allocation, account management;
- Management of server systems in virtualization systems: Includes Blade Servers, Single X86 Servers from IBM, Dell, HP;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

Your Skills and Experience
- Qualifications: University degree specialized IT, electronics or telecommunications;
- 2 years experienced in opearation system on window platform;
- Have experienced to troubleshooting and fix error on window platform and understanding of the hardware platform from IBM, HP, Dell ...
- Have well skill of VMware product;
- Understanding the hardware products (Server, SAN, Tape…) in the market and industry;
- Understanding the DC/DR infrastructure standards;
- Prioritization and Problem solving skills;
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills.
