Job Description
- To be in charge of our office networking (firewalls, routers, Wi-Fi).
- Installing and configuring laptops, PCs, operating systems and applications.
- Configuring new employees’ email accounts.
- Working on procedures for on-boarding/off-boarding employees with regional HR and IT teams.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Maintaining IT assets and software licenses.
- Helping with other office equipment support such as Printers, TV’s, Chromecast, Projectors, etc.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong written English communication.
- Experience with pfSense is a big plug.
- Experience with Ubuntu Linux or macOS is a big plus.
- Experience with Google Mail, Calendar, Drive is a big plus.
